Applicant MUST have worked for a carrier to apply (i.e. AT&T, Cingular, Sprint, etc.) Requirements: High level of proficiency with technology and familiarity with application end user technical support and Palm OS technology Provide problem identification and determination Solve the majority of incoming calls in a timely and efficient manner Includes initiating and tracking "support tickets" Answer all incoming help desk calls and assist in the research and resolution of any problems that occur. Identify, investigate, and resolve problems Assist clients with proprietary client and web installation, application and end user issues Respond promptly to end-user inquiries, notification of problems and requests for ticket statuses Update trouble/request ticket system, logging all calls and properly categorizing issues and following up appropriately Compile and submit written cases of issues and resolution for inclusion in our internal knowledge base Develop expertise with Wireless Generations products and supporting expertise in networking Make outbound phone calls/send correspondence to resolve complex customer issues A minimum requirement for this position is having at LEAST one year of experience within a wireless carrier environment dealing with network and/or hardware issues. Analyst are required to perform to a designated level of quality, focusing on customer satisfaction and service level metrics, as well as the ability to represent oneself in a professional and courteous manner at all times. Since call center is a fast paced department you will need the ability to work in a fast-paced, change oriented environment, have excellent listening skills, Customer and People-oriented with ability to function in a team environment and have the ability to make quick decisions by using sound judgment. Plus you will need to be proficient in Troubleshooting/Triage steps and excellent oral and written communication skills.
