Labrador Retriever - Medium - Young - Male - Dog - DUKE

Duke is a beautiful pit/lab mix who has had a rough start in life. However, Ring Dog Rescue has placed him into a foster home that gives him the love and reassurance he deserves. Due to his history, Duke has a lot of separation and crate anxiety but is doing better gradually. He is currently working on housebreaking, and is doing marvelous. He has a lot of energy and needs to be placed with a family who lives an active lifestyle (long walks, running, hiking, etc). Duke is developing doggie social skills and does really well with females, especially high energy ones (as he tends to play a little rough). His favorite things are peanut butter, squeaky toys and water-If there is a lake, pond, river, baby pool or bathtub nearby-Duke is in it! He LOVES to go swimming!! He is an absolutely amazing little love bug who will make a wonderful addition to the right family. If interested in adopting Duke, please fill out anadoption application!!!!
