There are 6 piece place settiings for 8. I did not count the teacups since I have five. The set consists of 9 dinner plates; 8 salad plates; 8 berry bowls, 8 saucers, 8 bread/dessert plates; 8 large soup bowls, 6 teacups (one teacup has a hairline crack) l large platter; 1 covered vegetable; 1 open vegetable; 1 teapot; 1 gravy boat; 1 sugar bowl.
